NEURODIVERSITY IN THE WORK PLACE: An Inclusive HR Approach

Introduction In today’s evolving workplace, diversity is no longer limited to gender, ethnicity, or culture. Increasingly, organizations are recognizing neurodiversity the natural variation in human brain functioning as a strategic advantage. Neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, bring unique cognitive strengths that can enhance innovation and problem-solving (CIPD 2022 and 2024).
